I  believe in transparent and fair pricing for my counselling services.

This page outlines my fees, payment methods, and policies to help you make an informed decision about your journey with me.

Fees

I offer personalised online therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.

My fees for individual sessions are:

  • Monday to Friday (before 6 PM): £55 per session

  • Monday to Friday (after 6 PM): £60 per session

  • Saturdays: £60 per session

Reduced rates are available for individuals on lower incomes.

Payments & Discounts

I offer a 10% discount on block bookings of six or more sessions, making it a cost-effective way to commit to your therapeutic journey and support meaningful progress.

I recommend beginning with at least six sessions. After this, we can review your progress together and decide on the next steps.

Payments are made via bank transfer, with details provided once we’ve finalised our counselling agreement.
All bookings require upfront payment to secure your sessions.

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I believe in open communication and will always do my best to find a workable solution.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling a session is possible with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.

For cancellations, 48 hours’ notice is also required.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee, as agreed.

If you arrive late for a session, it will still need to end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.
To make the most of your session, I recommend logging in a few minutes early to settle in before we begin.

Free Introduction Session

I offer a free 30-minute introductory consultation to give us the opportunity to get to know one another.

During this session, I’ll share more about my approach, and you’ll have space to talk about your hopes, expectations, and any questions you may have about beginning therapy.

It’s a gentle way for us both to explore whether we feel like a good fit before committing to ongoing sessions.
