How I can Help

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps.

Sessions give you space to slow down, understand what’s happening inside, and begin responding to life with more clarity, compassion, and choice.

My practice is trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative. We’ll focus not just on thoughts but also on what your body is holding. Healing occurs when both mind and body feel safe to soften. We’ll move gently, listening to your nervous system alongside your words.

As an integrative and holistic practitioner, I reject a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work is tailored to you: your history, pace, and needs. Whether seeking short-term or long-term support, sessions unfold in a grounded, collaborative, and respectful manner.
